Central Return Center

The CRC SIRAS application is an automated returns authorization processing solution used by retailers as well as manufacturers and/or their third party service providers to process return authorizations. This tool is programmed based on the established terms and conditions for each product and assists in identifying which products are received and are eligible for return credit. It can also be used for accessory tracking. This process closes the product lifecycle loop and offers reporting on product aging, return cap management, missing accessories, and cross-retailer return activities.

Ancillary services offered by SIRAS include the ability to flag remanufactured products with unique return/warranty replacement activities. Additionally, any product rebates can be associated to a specific product serial number and can be flagged accordingly.
